Delivery Information

Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Mondays to Fridays: 9am – 4pm

Saturday: 9am – 2pm

Sunday & Public Holidays : Closed

YellowBottle is a same day delivery service. If your order is placed before 12 noon South African Standard Time, we will courier your order that very day, anywhere nationwide. Alternatively, you are welcome to choose any future date for delivery. We offer a next day gift delivery service. If you place any gift order before 1pm South African time, we will deliver it the very next day. Please note that some remote areas may need an extra day for delivery.

We offer same day delivery for some Johannesburg and Cape Town Order, but such orders must be placed via our call centre before 12 noon. Please contact us to enquire. Kindly note that this service is currently only available for Johannesburg. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time on the day, although if you have requested a specific delivery time we will make every effort to adhere to it.

We are currently shipping within the Republic of South Africa and we are looking forward to serving the Kingdom of eSwatini and Kingdom of Lesotho.
